Permission granted – Care Home for young adults with mild learning difficulties in Mansfield
ClearView Planning Ltd successfully obtained planning permission on behalf of Rhodsac Community Living Ltd for the change of use of a residential property to a small care home for 4 young adults with mild learning difficulties in Mansfield. Redevelopment of Pub Site granted planning permission
After several attempts and various proposals for the redevelopment of the Red Lion PH, Fosters Booth, near Towcester, ClearView Planning has successfully obtained planning permission for the development of 3 houses on the pub's large car park with minor alternations to the pub building.
The Old Rectory Farm, Stablebridge Road, Aston Clinton
After refusal of the initial planning application for residential development of the land adjacent to the Old Rectory in Aston Clinton, ClearView Planning developed a compelling case for the development, which was accepted by the inspector on appeal.
Redevelopment of Pub Site in Corby
After extensive discussions, the Council approved an application for the modification of the pub building and the creation of 11 flats. ClearView Planning's Planning and Heritage Statement, and Design and Access Statement were crucial. A further 13 flats have subsequently been approved.
Extension to Care Home located in the Green Belt
ClearView Planning was asked by Fluid Design to help them with a proposal to create a 9 bed extension of the Woodside care home, located within the GreenBelt near Luton. After revisions to the plans, ClearView Planning successfully argued that the proposed development would not intrude into the open countryside and would not materially harm the openness of the GreenBelt, leading to planning permission being granted.
